Service availability and this page
Availability of ads and regional leaderboards depends on connectivity, required consent and Apple or Google services. You can keep playing when ads are not served, loading fails or rankings are unavailable. This page does not guarantee completion of Google's app review or ad delivery.
Game progress and settings
The current game, scores, sound settings and music playback position are stored on your device to support saving and continuing play. The app has no developer-operated server for uploading game saves. Device backups follow your operating system and service settings. Starting a new game asks before replacing an existing saved game. Removing the app may remove local progress; restoration after reinstalling is not guaranteed.
Personal results are stored on this device: each finished play's identifier, score, maximum LAVA and finish date. Only verifiable legacy records are carried over; this is not a complete history of every past play. No date is invented for an old record without a saved play date. The 18-or-older self-declaration, terms version and acceptance, and ranking participation choice are also stored locally.
Country and region rankings
The participation region is obtained automatically from the Region setting under Language & Region on your iPhone or iPad. No in-app country selection is required. This device setting is not proof of your current location or residence. The app does not infer a country from the display language, GPS, an address, the App Store country, or an external IP lookup. The setting is checked again when it changes and when the app returns to the foreground. If it is unavailable or unsupported, no regional result is submitted or redirected to another country or worldwide ranking. You can keep playing. The current regional leaderboard configuration covers Japan (JP) and the United States (US) only.
Publishing to Game Center is optional and separate from age confirmation, acceptance of the terms and advertising data choices. If you allow participation in the initial guidance or Settings, your highest score is submitted automatically when you improve your personal best. Lower scores are not submitted after every play. You can play and use local personal results without participating.
The score, an integer distinguishing the result and the regional leaderboard identifier are sent to Apple with your Game Center player association. Your nickname, avatar, score and rank may be public to all other Game Center users. The app does not request a separate name or address.
After game over, local personal results appear first; Next opens the regional leaderboard. Your regional rank refers to your personal best, not necessarily the score from this play. A prefetched comparison is provisional as of the start and is not guaranteed to be the latest confirmed rank. Missing ranks are not invented.
Results, region, player identifier and submission state are kept locally to prevent duplicate submissions or mixing regions and accounts. Migration or recovery of an existing high score first checks Apple's record and handles only eligible results; recovery is not guaranteed and uncertain submissions are not blindly repeated. A result stays bound to its region and account; changing the region does not automatically move past records elsewhere.
You can change participation in Settings. Withdrawal stops future submissions; it does not delete records already published by Apple. Deleting the app or changing the region does not necessarily remove Apple's records either. Worldwide rankings are not part of the initial release.
Advertising and choices
After age and terms checks, the app reviews advertising data choices through UMP and, when needed, requests permission using Apple's standard ATT prompt. If tracking is allowed, ordinary ad requests follow your separate advertising data choices. If permission is denied, restricted by the OS, or not determined, the app requests limited ads. Tracking permission is not required to play. OS restrictions or settings may prevent the prompt from appearing; this is not treated as permission.
With Apple's permission and the applicable advertising data consent, Google's advertising services may use identifiers to link activity across other companies' apps and websites for relevant ads and advertising measurement. Publisher first-party ID remains disabled in every branch. UMP choices and Apple's ATT permission are separate; accepting the terms does not replace either. Apple permission can be reviewed in iOS/iPadOS Settings, and advertising data choices through the app's advertising privacy settings when required. Once an ATT choice is determined, the app does not ask the same question at every launch.
Advertising uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). The app uses banners and may show an interstitial only after you select Continue from the title screen. When an ad cannot be provided, you can continue playing without it. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no data is processed. Google's advertising and consent services may process approximate location derived from IP addresses, app- or device-related identifiers, advertising views and interactions, product interactions, performance information and crash information for advertising, analytics, functionality and diagnostics. This processing is separate from ranking region detection using device settings. The app does not pass the device region used for rankings in advertising requests. The app presents privacy messages when UMP requires them and checks that ad requests are permitted before loading an ad. If consent verification fails, play continues without ads. When required, Advertising Privacy Settings in Settings lets you review your choices. During review, the app stops loading ads and discards retained ads. This does not guarantee deletion of information already processed by a service. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Apple privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Limited ads use Google's documented SDK limited-ads setting; a non-personalized flag alone is not treated as equivalent. Limited ads can still process IP addresses needed for delivery and, depending on Google's serving settings, cookies or local storage used solely to prevent fraud. This does not promise zero data collection or successful ad delivery. If UMP ad-request eligibility cannot be confirmed, connectivity fails, or no eligible ad is served, you can keep playing without ads.
Contact
The official form requests your name, email address and message. The existing intake process records a receipt identifier, receipt time, connection information, submitted contents and language information, and uses an email service for replies and operator notifications. This supports responses and the prevention of duplicate or abusive submissions. Messages are handled in website intake records and notification/reply emails. Deleting the app does not automatically delete those intake records or sent emails. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment information. For questions about handling, retention or deletion, use the same form and include the app name. For information controlled by Apple or Google, consult their service policies and controls. We update this page when our practices change.
