Network services, ad availability, ranking positions and the time at which submitted scores appear are not guaranteed. Scores are game records, not promises of rewards or monetary value. These notices do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Apple standard license agreement applies where applicable.
Music and other rights
Music credits list the composer, each source, the CC BY 4.0 license and changes made to the audio. Audio rights are described separately from the app's rights; use of the music does not imply the composer's endorsement of this app. Check the music credits and source licenses before reusing audio. Age bands are self-declared, not verification of adulthood or guardian identity. A restricted history cannot be cleared simply by choosing 16+ again. Features for users aged 16+ also require no restricted history and valid saved access state.
Pending approval, cancellation and unverified transactions do not grant new ownership. Existing verified ownership is checked separately. After a refund or revocation, a saved board can still be resumed, but purchase-based new starts and ad-free revivals are unavailable. Purchasing does not remove banners for eligible users aged 16+.
