The board, drop queue, results, best score, sound settings and participation region are stored on your device. Your age band (unanswered, under 16 or 16 and over), restriction state, the number of trial starts used (up to three) and the last start ID and the acknowledged purchase-explanation version are stored in this device's Keychain without iCloud sync. Keychain records may remain after uninstalling the app. We do not request a date of birth, a guardian's identity or contact details, identity documents or proof of a family relationship. There is no separate user account or game-data server. A trial-start reservation ID may be stored locally and in Keychain. A reservation whose board failed to save does not spend a trial; after restart, the same saved start is checked to avoid spending twice. Deleting and reinstalling the app requires a fresh age choice, without carrying over age or restricted history. Trial usage and Apple purchase ownership remain separate. Normal updates keep your age choice.
Age band and Game Center
For users treated as unanswered or under 16, advertising SDK requests, tracking and all Game Center connections, reads and submissions are disabled, including after purchasing. For users aged 16 and over, Game Center is optional. After connecting, your nickname, best MATERIALS and STAGE from the same run are recorded in rankings; new personal bests are submitted automatically. Identifiers associate records and prevent duplicates. Apple handles account information.
Participation country or region
The initial choice uses your device's region setting and can be changed in the app. This is a participation group, not verification of your nationality or residence. The app does not use GPS to choose it. Currently only Japan's domestic board is configured; other domestic boards show that they are not ready. The world board is available separately.
One-time purchase and restoration
After three trials, under-16 and unanswered users need the guardian explanation acknowledged and an Apple-verified one-time purchase for new runs. Resuming does not use a trial. Acknowledgment is not guardian identity verification or legal consent to data processing. Apple handles payment; HAXAI LAB does not receive payment details. One purchase skips revival video ads. Ads and purchases share three revivals per run. Banners remain for eligible users aged 16+. Players 16+ can play normally without buying. A one-time purchase with no renewal or recurring charge. Confirm the actual price on Apple’s purchase screen. Restore purchases with Apple. Refund or revocation blocks future purchased starts and revivals.
Advertising and privacy choices
Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform are used for users eligible for ads. Google may process IP addresses, approximate location, available identifiers, ad interactions, crash and performance information for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized advertising does not mean no data collection. Where required, the consent form and privacy choices in settings let you review purposes and partners and change your choices. Ad requests follow the latest status; we do not request ATT permission. Ads are offered according to the age band, restrictions, current consent status, and availability. Supported consent forms offer consent, refusal, and choice management, with information about purposes and advertising partners. Where required, settings let you withdraw and reselect choices. Choices apply to processing by Google and the advertising partners actually used. Refusal may still allow limited ads according to your choices; it does not necessarily mean no network activity or collection. See the consent form for partner details.
Retention, deletion and contact
After explicit confirmation in settings, you can delete the board, local scores, settings, age band, trial history and purchase-explanation acknowledgment. This also deletes the app-specific Keychain record and returns to an unanswered age band with external SDKs stopped. Trial usage resets. Keychain records have no automatic deletion deadline and may survive uninstalling alone. Local deletion does not delete Apple purchase ownership, external service records or public rankings. Deleting game data does not collectively erase consent information managed by SDKs such as Google UMP. Where available, change advertising choices through privacy options in settings. Apple purchase ownership and external service records are also separate from game-data deletion.
Age bands are self-declared, not verification of adulthood or guardian identity. A restricted history cannot be cleared simply by choosing 16+ again. Features for users aged 16+ also require no restricted history and valid saved access state.
Pending approval, cancellation and unverified transactions do not grant new ownership. Existing verified ownership is checked separately. After a refund or revocation, a saved board can still be resumed, but purchase-based new starts and ad-free revivals are unavailable. Purchasing does not remove banners for eligible users aged 16+.
The implementation retains local records until they are deleted; no automatic deletion deadline is configured. Device-backup copies and Apple or Google records follow their respective retention rules and are not erased by local deletion. Incomplete deletion stops new starts and advertising/ranking communication and offers a retry.

Contact HAXAI LAB
The website contact form is separate from on-device app storage. The site uses your name, email address, message, receipt ID and time, language, and source IP for support and receipt records. Owner notifications and automatic replies include the message; a separate delivery record stores the receipt ID, receipt time, and delivery outcomes. Web/API access and error logs and backups may exist separately. HAXAI LAB reviews the reason for retaining information when a case is closed, including any necessary follow-up. Information no longer needed is identified for deletion; actual deletion is handled individually after checking its scope and impact. Automatic deletion of message records is not implemented. Immediate complete erasure from mail and backups is not guaranteed.
