These terms govern use of the app provided by HAXAI LAB LLC. They supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA takes precedence to the extent permitted by law.
1. Service
The app provides advertising-blocking rules for Safari Content Blocker and rule updates. It does not provide, search for, recommend, save, or browse adult content. You must enable the Safari extension yourself.
2. Subscription
Ad blocking requires an active auto-renewable subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive a two-week free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the monthly price shown on the purchase screen. Apple processes purchases and billing through your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in App Store subscription settings. Cancellation generally takes effect after the current period ends. Refunds follow Apple’s procedures and applicable law.
3. Entitlement and features
Blocking rules are available during an eligible free trial, an active subscription, or an Apple-approved billing grace period. If there is no active entitlement because of expiration, revocation, refund, or another reason, the app switches to non-blocking rules.
4. Scope of service
We do not guarantee that every ad, tracking request, pop-up, or redirect will be blocked, that every website will always function normally, or that updates will occur at a particular time. You may disable the extension if a site is affected.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not violate applicable law or public order, interfere with the service, submit abusive automated reports, or include other people’s personal information or unlawful content in reports.
6. Intellectual property and third-party rules
Rights in the app belong to us or their respective lawful owners. Open-source rules and software are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Changes and interruptions
We may change or interrupt rules or services for security, compatibility, legal, Apple requirement, or operational reasons. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the app.
8. Liability
Except in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or where limitations are not permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. This does not restrict rights under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. To the extent permitted by law, the courts in Japan with jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes concerning the service.
